Proximity to the nothern part of the country brings a fair share of the dry winds of harmattan. By noon, the atmosphere started going brown and buildings fading into shadows. The clear indication is, harmattan is by the corner. A season of windfall for dealers in cosmetics and sweaters, a period to judge the truly 'beautiful' woman if you know what I mean.
