Quit Notice: GTB, FIRS evicted from ULO building, Wuze Abuja

Staff moving their items By Ismail M. Kabir In a fire brigade approach, occupants of the ULO building, Wuse zone 5, Abuja have been ejected! At about 8:30am this morning, I was heading for a bank transaction at the Zone 5 branch of Guarantee Trust Bank (GTB) located within the ULO building in Wuse zone 5. Just few meters to the bank laid a long traffic jam. I quickly disembarked to trek the rest of the distance. But to my awe, a heap of office equipments and related items blocked the entrance gate to the building. There was no clear account of the reason for the eviction but spectators in the area held varying views. While some said it was due to a court injuction that issued a quit notice to the occupants, others said a row between the original owner of the plot and the owner of the ULO building.
