Kogi State signs MoU with BilVisco Investment Ltd for the Reticulation of Osara Dam

Kabir The perennial water scarcity in Kogi central will soon be history as Kogi State government has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with an investment company for the reticulation of Osara Dam for the supply of potable water to the entire district. This revelation was made yesterday in Lokoja by the state's Commissioner for Water Resources, Barr. Abdulsalam Ozigi Deedat while fielding question from newsmen shortly after the signing of the MoU with Bilvisco Investment Ltd. Barr. Deedat described the moment as memorable and historic, owing to the long neglect of Osara Dam and its attendant water scarcity to the people of Kogi Central senatorial district over the years.
