Send silence to the dust-bin

I am Yeesuf M. Uhuanamoh. When i saw Ebira on net,through this site, i was so much trilled that i quictly joined the website some time late last year.

I want to say that you are all doing a big, good job! Please keep the flag flying and never listen to any form of opposion or discouragement.

Hosting Ebira as a tribe and Anebira as a people on net had pictured us as a social, educated and advanced group of peolple.

With regards to your letter in my mail-box, sent to me on Friday, 12th of January 2007, it is completely true that we have not being receiving dividend of democracy in our land just because many of our enlightened people have not agitated positively at the federal government level.

There is not crime in asking. It think the task in our hand right now is to know that Nigeria is ours and therefore, we should put keeping silence into dustbin and reach out for what we should enjoy both nationally and at state level.

Permit me also to use this medium to say that we should look inward and settle all bitterness, pleading with all our political dynamos to come to term and produce the much awaited Ebira governor come April 2007.

This is the starting point.

I will write again.

For an event that happens with few or no significant eye witness, the news come in different versions; some partially correct, others completely cooked up. The Obege legend

In the earliest generations when the art of magic was yet a myth to the people, there was born a boy into a family of hunters in the village of Eika - one of the six communities that comprised the ancestral groups.
