Traveling bags were seen littering the expressway after their contents had been disposed of while a good number of passengers of the unfortunate vehicles reportedly took refuge in nearby bushes while the ransacking of the automobiles lasted.
A villager, Suleiman Oyibo, told The Guardian that robbery on that axis of the road has become a daily affair.
