The Kogi Central Excos of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Kogi State Chapter has commended Senator Yakubu Oseni for donating a laptop computer to the office of the Secretary General of the youth council.
In an appreciation letter to the senator representing Kogi Central Senatorial District, the Excos described the gift from the senator as a sensitive gesture to the youth council.
The Laptop computers were presented during the weekend by the DG Campaign to the Senator, Alhaji Tauheed Ozigi in Okene.
The excos also thanked the senator for extending similar gesture to other youth groups including Football Fans Association and the National Association of Ebira Students (NAES).
"Distinguished Senator, we are equally appreciative of the extension of similar gesture to other youth bodies in Kogi Central. This singular gesture further emboldened our confidence in your ability to deliver on the mandate collectively entrusted on you by the good people of Kogi central.
"We also wish to acknowledge your commitment to uplifting the youth of Kogi central through various skill acquisition training programmes conducted through your capacity as the Chairman, Senate Committee on ICT/Cyber Security.
"It is our ardent hope that you sustain these stewardship particularly on the teeming youth for improved capacity building for self-reliance and their overall socioeconomic development.
"We shall remain supportive, contribute positive ideas and offer ourselves for service in the best interest of our constituency.
"We thank you most sincerely and will do our best to reciprocate this gesture towards quality legislation for our people and the nation at large".
