Dr. Sanusi Ohiare Leads Thousands of Supporters On Solidarity March For Tinubu/Shettima In Adavi LGA

The executive director of Rural Electrification Fund, Dr. Sanusi Ohiare has led thousands of supporters from his hometown on a solidarity march for Tinubu/Shettima 2023 Presidential campaign.

Over 5 thousand women and youth across Adavi local government council trooped this morning to receive Dr. Sanusi in Nagazi area before proceeding on a long walk to Ozuri Junction amidst chants of praise songs for the Tinubu/Shettima mandate.

All Progressive Congress (APC) leaders from the local government area and other parts of Kogi Central including the LGA Boss, Hon. Joseph Salami, Hon. Abdulmumuni Okara, Alhaji Kabiro Jatto Alhaji Hadi Ametuo, Hon. Abdulmumuni Danga, APC Candidates for both National and state assemblies, campaign committees and host of other party faithfuls equally led their groups in the long walk through Inorere area to Obangede junction in a long convoy of excited followers.

Waving through the cheering crowd of admirers, Dr. Sanusi Ohiare assured the people that ABAT/Shettima mandate is an already sealed deal. He further noted that the massive turnout of supporters at such a short notice was an indication that entire people of Adavi local government area are already Batified.

One Injured As Masqueraders Clash With Soldiers in Okene

Heavy gunshots rang through the town of Okene today when followers of a popular masquerade engaged in a violent confrontation with men of the Nigerian Army. An eye witness who spoke with EbiraView Media on condition of anonymity narrated the trail of event that led to the violent clash. Acoording to the eye witness accounts, trouble started when a soldier in mufti was accosted in Okene town and was beaten by a masquerade known as Akamawu from Kuroko community of Adavi local government. The soldier was said to have reported the encounter to his colleagues guarding CCECC expatriates staff yard around Inoziomi area. EbiraView Media further gathered that as the masquerade and the followers approached the Inoziomi community, they were ambushed by the military men around Kahal Cinema area and then started firing into the air to disperse the crowd before descending on the masquerade.
