KEDA Boss Congratulates Gov. Usman Ododo, describes him as "A Parting Gift" to Kogi People


The Managing Director and Chief Executive Offier of Kogi Enterprise Development Agency (KEDA), Hajia Rekiya Onaivo Sanni has congrutalted the newly sworn-in Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency, Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo.

Hajia Rekiya decribed Alhaji Usman Ododo as the perfect successor of the immediate past Gover, Alhaji Yahaya Bello under whose administration Gov. Ododo has mastered the art of politiking devoid of ethnic or religious sentiments, equitable distribution of state resources, infrastructural and human capital development and purposeful leadership.

In her words, Onaivo said that "Having served meritoriously for eight years as the auditor general of local government councils under your political mentor and leader, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, he has choosen you as a parting gift to Kogi citizens for continuity in development of infrastructures, human capital and a united and prosperous Kogi State.

She expressed confidence in the capacity of Alhaji Usman Ododo to consolidate on the achievements of his predecessor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello while acknowledging his sterling qualities of humility and dedication to work, noting that she had no doubt that Gov. Ododo will fit perfectly in the big shoes his predecessor and mentor, Yahaya Bello has left for him.

Onaivo reiterated that the coming on board of Gov. Ododo ushers even brighter hope for people of Kogi state particularly the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) community who are desperately in need of boost in their businesses. She assured them that the new governor would not only continue the good programs the immediate past administration initiated to boost the capacity of small businesses but would also commit more fund and investment for the growth and development of the sector.

Hajia Rekiya commended the immediate past governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello for building a solid foundation for small businesses to thrive just as he has charted the path for a united and prosperous Kogi State that will be the envy of other states in Nigeria.
