Kogi Forum of SSAs Launchee GOBO: Empowers 30 Petty Traders Quarterly with N50,000 Each
In a significant bid to complement the State Government’s welfare efforts towards the vulnerable, the Kogi State Forum of Senior Special Assistants (KFSSA) on Wednesday launched the Governor Ododo Business Outreach (GOBO), an empowerment initiative targeted to benefit 10 petty traders each from the three districts of the state, every quarterly.
The GOBO initiative, aligns with Governor Ododo's Consolidation and Continuity Agenda on Welfare and Economic Development. Beneficiaries have lauded the initiative and noted that such equitable distribution of empowerment will boost economic output and self-dependency among its recipients.
Kogipedia commends KFSSA, noting GOBO's strategic approach to foster financial stability and independence among grassroots beneficiaries. If well implemented, We believe the initiative will drive long-term socioeconomic development in Kogi State, contributing to improved livelihoods, stronger community well-being, and a more vibrant local economy.
