Itaazi infrastructure begins in November
The Mufkad Estate is partnering with the First Generation Mortgage Bank to provide Affordable Housing.
The Mortgage Bank will be providing to Subscribers of the Mufkad Estate plots a Mortgage finance to help build and own their Houses.
The mortgage finance will be on a single digit interest rate and payment spread within 10-30 years .
The Managing Director of the First Generation Bank, Mr. Toby Young-Ekechi said the bank is committed to the Mufkad Estate project and ready to help Subscribers own Houses.
He reiterated that the Mortgage Bank is one of the leading Mortgage Bank that has provided finances for Affordable Housing ownership across the country.
Prominent among the Banks recent project is their newly commissioned Mall of Dubai ,located in the Abuja city center .

He said the First Generation Mortgage Bank is the destination of choice for Affordable Housing Ownership.
He announced that the External infrastructure work of the *Itaazi Court* will begin in November this year.
He said the delay was as a result of rainfall .
He said every approval is in place to commence work on site .
