HOW KOGI GOT THE N50.8billion BAILOUT BREAKTHROUGH

By Prince Abdulkareem A NEW process starting from FRESH APPLICATION was done by Governor Yahaya Bello. Former governor Wada's faulty but unwieldy process was jettisoned as it was fraught with myriad flaws! All Civil Servants and the entire Kogites should thank God this Bailout did not fall into the hands of the government of duplicity — the microscopic cabal of goons who diverted and butchered 2 Billion Naira meant to create Small and Medium Scale Enterprises in RAW CASH to themselves, and turned around to approve it out as Grants! The heist of our collective patrimony under Wada's administration was downright deregulated, monumental, colossal, and of gargantuan magnitude! God your mercies for Kogi people is not in doubt. Na so Bailout fund for enter looters pocket! As for those who are ganging up and planning proxy coup against the people's Governor Yahaya Bello, they have pushed the triggers and the nozzles are facing them. They have shot themselves in the foot.

A United Pain and the Power of Collective Prayer for Biba

By Miriam Ikunaiye First and foremost, we must thank Almighty Gracious God that never fails. And on behalf of Habiba (Biba) and her entire family, I say a heartfelt thank you to the BCO community, friends, families and all the total strangers and other great organizations that took this tragedy and made it their own. While Biba is still receiving medical attention and recuperating, she sends her eternal gratitude to you all for the overwhelming support, love and attention given to her during her kidnapping ordeal. She prayed that Almighty God in Heaven repay you all in folds. Once again, she thanks you all from the bottom of her heart. From Biba BIBA WENT MISSING On Sunday, January 31, 2016, my phone ranged at about 9:45pm. It was Biba's husband at the other end. He said in an unfamiliar raspy voice "I call to talk to you about Biba," then his voice suddenly dropped very low. I could immidiately sense sadness and fear. I became very nervous as I struggled out of bed

Dinner Reception: FairWin Group Did Not Receive N18million From Anybody

There is no gainsay  that the dinner reception organized in honour of Kogi State Governor, His Execellency, Alhaji Yahaya Bello by the FairWin Group was a huge success and exceptional despite the usual and unprecented crowd whereever Yahaya Bello goes as the generational change agent. Our thanks go to all the supporters of the event. However, some ugly rumours and reckless insinuations made by some ill-informed individuals have come to the notice of Fairwin management. It has become expedient to protect the image and virtue of Fairwin by laying bare the truth about the grand dinner.  It was rumored that an individual gave N18million as a financial support to organize the dinner The said allegation is serially  and wholly denied accordingly. The organizers of the dinner never received N18 million from the said donor or any other person. This can be proved by the financial report comprises the record of the voluntary donations and expenditures as submitted by the Finance and Budget C

FORTHCOMING GUBERNATORIAL ELECTION: THE EMERGING CONSENSUS OF ANEBIRA

At a well-attended political summit held under the auspices of Ebira Renaissance Group (ERG) and Ebira Youth Congress (EYC), and well attended by critical political stakeholders of Ebiraland on Saturday,August 22nd , 2015 at the Federal College of Education, Okene, the following resolutions were adopted as a moral template for subsequent political actions: 1.     It was reaffirmed that the shared history of deprivation endured by the Ebiras and Okuns in Kogi State provides a natural basis to sustain the ongoing political alliance between the two Senatorial Districts. 2.     It was happily acknowledge that all aspirants from both blocs are men of stature with varying political pedigree. However, ONLY ONE will emerge as CANDIDATE. In view of this understanding, good working relationship was STRONGLY CANVASSED. 3.     Promise of power rotation in 2019 by People Democratic Party (P.D.P) was considered laughable in view of similar unfulfilled promises made by the same group in the past.
